FIELD: equipment for acceleration of charged particles. SUBSTANCE: high-voltage electrode 3 - face walls of housing 1 form distributing integrator of electric energy. Space 5 is filled with liquid dielectric. Induction coil has at least one ring 7 made from resistive material. Ring 7 can border on housing 1 or electrode 3. Extent of bordering and thickness of ring 7 are chosen, for instance, 3-10 times less than depth of skin layer at frequency of duration of time of charge of integrator from outer source and greater, for instance, 1.5-3 fold of depth of skin layer at frequency of pulse of accelerating voltage. That is why charge current does not cause voltage drop at resistance of ring 7 and flows over surface of housing 1 and electrode 3. Design of induction coil makes it possible to increase or decrease length of pulse of accelerating voltage, to modulate peak of pulse and to change its shape. Reliability and switching life of induction coil grows 2 fold due to increase of electric strength of induction coil and accelerating tube 4.
