SUBSTANCE: intermediate products are prepared by reaction of trihydroxyethylisocyanurate, glycol-di-(hydroxymethyl)-m-(o)carborane, dicarboxylic acid (or its anhydride) and methacrylic acid, molar ratio of ingredients being 1:0.5-3.0:0.5-3.0:3.0-8.0. Reaction is carried out at boiling point of reaction mixture in the medium of solvent, esterification catalyst and inhibitor of polymerization being used.
