FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device incorporates a two-input converter of voltage into pulse repetition frequency. One of its inputs receives a signal from actual speed indicator while the other one, a signal from output of press plunger stroke length setter. Operating law of converter is selected so that pulse repetition frequency at its output is proportional to pressing speed signal and inversely proportional to length of plunger working stroke. Thus, the number of pulses per entire working stroke stays constant. This makes it possible to set and monitor multi-section law of pressing speed. Device can function both with pulse and analog speed transmitters and any type of pressing speed regulators. EFFECT: wider operating capabilities achieved by work of device with any types of transmitters and converters. 2 dwg
