FIELD: radar. SUBSTANCE: device has antenna 1, receiver 2, limiter 3, AND gate 4, equality gates 5,6, reference oscillator 7, counters 8,9, digital processor 10, pulse generator 11, reset pulse shaper 12, strobe shaper 13. Signals of eight transmitting stations are emitted in OMEGA navigation system within single cycle T with stations operating in time share mode at same frequency. In receiving these signals device first operates in signal search mode in which received signal of same frequency passed through AND gate 4 is multiplied in equality gates 5,6 by quadrature rectangular pulses of reference oscillator 7. Pulses picked off equality gates 5,6 control operation of respective counters 8,9 counting pulses coming from generator 11 within these intervals. Upon end of each interval ti, digital processor 10 receives signal from shaper 13 bearing information from counters 8, 9 and computes parameters Ri,. Upon end of cycle T digital processor 10 computes n values of mutual correlation function Ri relative to reference time sequence of system for all n parameters of Nj, and number of interval with maximum value of Nj is determined; T processing determines number of cycles T of received signal. Signal search mode terminates in shaping of control signal in digital processor 10 which functions to align start of cycle T generated by shaper 13 with start of cycle T of received signal. Then device starts tracking signal and measuring phase shifts of received signal. EFFECT: improved accuracy of signal phase determination. 3 cl, 4 dwg
