FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has reservoir 1 with cover 2, circulating pipes 3 provided with taper reflectors 4, aerators 5 arranged under pipes and connected to compressed air manifold 6 and air duct 7 for feeding the outside air to reservoir. Mounted under taper reflector 4 in spaced relation to each other are taper plates 8 widening upwards and having central holes reducing in height and beads on larger bases. Outlet section of air duct 7 is provided with system of blades 11 for swirling the aid flow; device 12 for spraying the culture medium is mounted under reservoir cover axially relative to it. High intensity of evaporative cooling is chaieved through feeding the outside air switled by system of blades 11 under jets of culture fluid formed on plates 8 and reflectors 4; then it passes through fan of sprays of culture medium formed by sprayer 12. EFFECT: improved conditions of cultivation of microorganisms due to intensification of evaporative cooling. 3 cl, 5 dwg
