FIELD: gas and oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method for protection of underground equipment of gas well from corrosion includes removal from drill string-to-casing annulus of acid components and moisture by successive injection of solutions of absorbent and desiccant. At the moment of appearance of desiccant in gas coming from well through tubings, drill string-to-casing annulus is sealed. Absorbent and desiccant are to be injected once per every 2-2.5 years. EFFECT: simplified technology of method embodiment with simultaneous increase of its efficiency due to more accurate determination of the sealing moment of drill string-to-casing annulus. 1 tbl
