FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: object of invention is achieved by that movable casing 9 and end portion 10 of piston 7 have grooves 11 and 12 for interacting with beading and squeezing levers 4 and 3 respectively. Whenever pressure is built up in spaces A and B, piston 7 and movable casing 9 are set in motion to actuate levers 3 and 4 for squeezing cord plies. Stops are adjusted for certain amount of opening of levers. Pressure supplied to other spaces of cylinders makes levers 3 and 4 turn with gripped cord plies and shape tyre bead. EFFECT: higher quality of shaping tyre beads. 4 dwg
