FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device to measure amplitude and phase of radio signal has measurement unit composed of master generator, power amplifier, receiver and amplitude-phase meter connected in series. It also includes repeater incorporating unit of automatic phase adjustment, low-frequency generator, commutator-former, first switch coupled to receiving-transmitting antenna connected in series as well as master generator, power amplifier, receiver and amplitude-phase meter. Apart from them measurement unit has attenuator, and second switch. Repeater also has attenuator and second switch. Increased speed of response is achieved by time matching of mode of signal radiation and mode of measurement of phase shifts in measurement unit and in repeater. Precision of measurement enhances thanks to full account of phase shifts introduced by power amplifiers of measurement unit and repeated which values are measured only at rated radiation power.
