FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has transistors 1-4, resistors 6- 11, capacitors 12 and 13, input signal source 16. Variable resistor 5 and capacitors 14 and 15 are introduced in device. Resistor 5 provides starting mode of detector operations and sets operating position. Two voltage levels in opposite phases are input as source signal to bases of thyristors 1 and 2 through capacitors 14 and 15. Two-cycle operations of transistors 1 and 2 result in full- wave detection. If input signal has high voltage level, transistors 1 and 2 operate in alternating way, negative feedback voltage is generated in their emitter circuit. This increases stability of detector gain in direct and alternating current. EFFECT: increased stability of detector gain. 1 dwg
