Unit 2 has analog-to-digital converter 9, switch 10, storage registers 11, 12, 14, 15, 19, 23, 25, 26, 31, 32, 39, 40, 42, 43, 49, subtraction units 13, 17, comparison circuits 16, 22, 24, 33, 34, 38, 43, first, second, third, and fourth dividers 18, 30, 47, and 53, respectively, adder 20, generator 21, first and second digital-to-analog converters 27 and 41, respectively, first and second multipliers 28, 29, respectively, first and second RS flip-flops 35, 44, respectively, first and second selectors 36, 45, respectively, first and second counters 37, 46, respectively digital display 50, shaper 51, and delay circuit 52.
