SUBSTANCE: liquid passed through piping is polarized in polarizer, label is imposed on it in tracer coil due to inversion of nuclear magnetic moment, nuclear magnetic resonance signal is recorded in analyzer coil. Pulse-width modulator shapes pulses whose length is inversely proportional to flow rate. EFFECT: improved measurement accuracy, particularly at ends of flow measurement range. 2 dwg
