FIELD: metal processing by pressure, pulsed processing. SUBSTANCE: gases overflow through holes 24 in base 1 into mains (pipe 22) of exhaust ventilation occurs, followed by charge blast in lid (2) cavity. Pressure in the device falls down. Followed by bolt opening, bayonet ring 4 is turned round easily at selected ratio of one segment chord length of bayonet ring 4 to diameter of lid flange 2. When lid 2 raised, heated detonation products left in it overflow into annular cavity formed by bayonet ring 4 and screen 23, and then they are sucked off through guaranteed clearances between segments 5 of bayonet lid 4, gas intake 18, pipes 19 and mains of exhaust ventilation. Processed article is removed from working table. EFFECT: improved labour conditions due to exclusion of blast products overflow into environment, and increased technological effectiveness. 5 dwg
