FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: according to command from the first output of control unit 27 drive 4 lowers welding head 2 on position of welding. During welding tool 6 touching integrated circuit on ыефпу 14 position of permanent magnet 9 is changing relatively to Hall's sensor 7, signal of which comes to the third input of control unit 27, fixing the touch. In the case, HF oscillator 17 output through capacitor 16 is loaded by capacity loading of crystal-base-ground wire and its output signal is decreased. Negative signal appears on output of HF filter 21, that activates comparator 22. In case wire is absent under tool 6, signal of HF oscillator 17 is not changing and comparator 22 does not acts. In case wire is broken in process of jumper mounting, positive signal appears on output of HF filter 21, that activates comparator 23. D-trigger 25 changes its state and disables operation of apparatus. EFFECT: apparatus is used in solid state devices and integrated circuits assembly. 3 dwg
