FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: oxidizer moves inside casing 1. The oxidizer mixes with gas which passes from gas collector 2 to edge holes 6 through slots 7 in rods 5. After lighting up, the additive is advanced into flow through collector 4 and atomizer 3 to provide required plasma density. Rods 5 are disposed inside casing 1 and gas collector 2 for movement along its longitudinal axis which results to high efficiency of process of plasma production in wide range of variable modes of plasma oscillator.
