FIELD: concentration of mineral resources. SUBSTANCE: initially-prepared solution is brought to working concentration of 0.1-0.52 and passed through a magnetic activator at 1:7 relation of field intensities at beginning and end of active zone. The device comprises a diamagnetic pipe with inlet and outlet branch pipes, and permanent magnets installed on external side of said pipe and provided with pole pieces in the form of serrated-oval conical prisms facing each other, the relation of prism taper angles being 1:4. The relation of the active length of the serrated pole piece to the rounding radius is 20:1. Electromagnetic coils are secured on separate cores of a closed magnetic circuit and connected to an individual current source.
