FIELD: pelletizing of thermonuclear fuel. SUBSTANCE: pelletizer has cryogenic heat exchanger with conical condensation space housing conic insert with spiral groove in its side surface connected by radial holes to axial duct of insert. Insert is coupled with hollow shaft to drive. Shaft has partition with threaded holes. Shaft space communicates with axial duct of insert. Side wall of hollow shaft has holes communicating with cooling space of additional heat exchanger. Axial duct of insert locates piston which rod passes through threaded hole of partition of hollow shaft. End of rod has threaded tail part spring-loaded towards threaded hole. Direction of thread of tail part is opposite to that of spiral groove. Heat exchanging insert is installed between hole of pelletizer and condensation space communicating with it by means of axial duct.
