FIELD: fur industry. SUBSTANCE: warm hides were loaded into apparatus where hydrophobic organic solvent and dehydrating salt were fed at concentration 8-25% of raw mass. The source of dehydrating salt: sodium chloride, ammonium sulfate or aluminium alum. The source of hydrophobic organic solvent: white spirit, trichloroethylene or perchloroethylene. Treatment is carried out at ЖК 2-6, at 18-24 C for 30-90 min. After preserving the hides were squeezed out from the solvent followed by ventilation.
