FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves laying permeable member onto wooden tile; lowering tile onto container with impregnating liquid with container walls being made from resilient material; pressurizing container by displacing tile; creating pressure in container by deforming it. As a result liquid penetrates into tile from lower face side. Air escapes from tile pores from upper face side of tile through permeable member. Impregnation process is considered to be completed, when liquid appears on upper face of tile.
