FIELD: substituted carbamates. SUBSTANCE: the synthesis is carried out by photochemical perfluoroalkylation of methyl-N- (p-mercaptophenyl)carbamate with the corresponding perfluoroalkyliodide or reducing 4,4'-di-(methoxycarbonylamino) diphenyl- sulfide to thiophenolate followed by perfluoroalkylation of the latter. The yield, % , m. p. C (a solvent for recrystallization): (a) 88-92; 129-131 (benzene); (b) 82-93; 75-76 (benzene with hexane, 1: 9). New substances are capable of stimulating the growth lettuce roots and germination of lettuce and oats seeds and inhibiting the growth of their stems and leaves better than the reference compound such as etrel-β-chloroethylphosphonic acid and the analogous compound such as methyl N-(p-difluoromethylthiophenyl) carbamate. As regards the fungicidal properties, the substances are promising as grain disinfectants. LD50 is more than 500 mg/kg. EFFECT: preparation of new more active compounds of said class. 3 tbl
