FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device to measure angular coordinate of landing system has comparator 1, meter 2 of pulse length, code comparison units 3 and 8, AND gate 5, NOT gates 4 and 6, clock frequency generator 9, meter 7 of pause length, unit 10 of computation of coefficient of readability difference. Increased accuracy of device is obtained thanks to use of one channel for processing of signals of two different periods of repetition by insertion of meters of pulse length and of pause length. Device counts number of pulses of clock frequency during time of action of input pulse. Code comparison units 3 and 8, NOT gate 6 and AND gate 5 determine whether input pulse is among burst with greater or lesser frequency. Unit 10 of computation transforms amplitudes of input pulses to digital code and computes coefficient of readability difference. Initial setting of unit of computation of coefficient of readability difference is accomplished by means of meter 7 of pause length.
