FIELD: meteorology. SUBSTANCE: device is equipped with a piston closely adjoining the walls of the service tank. Spring-loaded flexible chambers are made on the side facing the tank. One end of the cut-off rod-batcher is placed inside the nozzle, the other one is connected with the piston. The means for letting the liquid pass are made as a number of recesses located on the lateral surface of the rod-batcher along its longitudinal axis over the preset distances. The device is used in meteorology for introducing reagents into the atmosphere when artificial formations are created in it with the aid of flying vehicles.
