FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has m first-type computing modules and second-type computing module; each computing module of first type has multiplier, adder, two groups of registers, two flip-flops, two groups of AND gates, OR gate, NOT gate, and AND gate; second-type module has adder, group of registers, group of AND gates, and flip-flop. Device depends for its operation on concurrent-flow organization of calculations. Multiplication (nxn) of matrices is effected by means of fixed number m of computing modules (m<n). EFFECT: reduced hardware expenses. 4 dwg, 1 tbl
