The distance from the axis of rotation of crankshaft 3 in hinged supports 2 to the axis of rolling-contact bearing 7 of rocker arms 8 and to the axis of articulation 15 of rocker arms 8 with race 10 are equal between themselves. A flat is made on the exterior surface of crankshaft 3. In the cross-section of the flat the distance from the center of the axis of rotation of shaft 4 to its chord is equal to or larger than the diameter of crankshaft 3.
