FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: chimney stack has gas outlet tube, hot and cold gas duct, mixing chamber with checkers on its side surface, bypass line with side displacement flow intake, pipe connections. With decrease in cold gas flow through bypass line some portion of hot gases goes to additional header wherefrom it goes via pipe connections to mixing chamber. EFFECT: improved reliability and life expectancy of chimney stack. 2 dwg
