SUBSTANCE: kaolin at orderliness degree of crystalline structure 1.0-1.6 (by Hinckly) is calcined at heating to 700-900 C and then treated with polyphenylethoxysiloxane liquid at amount 0.25-0.35% by disintegration. Properties of filling agent: coefficient of dielectric loss is 0.18-0.30, plasticizer absorption is 30-39 cm3/100 g, whiteness is 82.0-92.2%. EFFECT: improved method, enhanced quality of product.
