SUBSTANCE: device has shaping amplifier circulation circuit, delay line, and delay line with taps in feedback circuit, shaper, low-frequency filter, write flip-flop, pulse generator, counter, and output switch. In addition, device is provided with signal storage unit, transition-front discriminating unit, extreme one separating unit, delay element, switching element, and OR gate. Device components are arranged and interconnected so that frequency setting error processing speed is increased due to practically instant location of coincidence of input and delay signals as distinct from its prototype where this operation is effected by serial approximation. EFFECT: improved speed of error processing and accuracy of delay setting in case of varying high-frequency input signal. 1 dwg
