FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has electrodes 2 connected to solar battery 1, the electrodes being fixed on the casing and the solar battery is mounted on one or several electrodes. Through hole 8 is between the electrodes. Through hole 8 has light distribution device 4 providing the radiation flow to be directed into the space below the electrodes to irradiate the device. Parabolic thoroidal phocon or phocline concentrator is useable as light distribution device. The electrodes are available in the form of truncated cone op pyramid. Beside that, the electrodes and solar battery are optionally transparent. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; concurrent action of light and electric current on the same sites of patient body. 3 cl, 6 dwg
