FIELD: mechanochemical machining of materials. SUBSTANCE: mill has body 1 with foundation 2, drive shaft 3 and pulley 4, external rigid friction casing 5, milling drums 6, carrier, consisting of lower (7) and upper (8) disks, rigidly coupled by axles 9 carrying drive rollers 10. The central unit has upper annular stepped member 11 rigidly connected through bearings to upper stop 12 that carries elastic ring 13, damping rings 14 and 15 made of fabric-based laminate and rubber, lower annular stepped member 16 that carries elastic ring 17 and damping rings 18 and 19 made of fabric-based laminate and rubber, installed on the upper end of drive shaft 3. Fixed flange 20 is installed on body 1, and bounding surfaces 21 - on upper (8) disk of the carrier. The mill has charging (22) and uncharging (23) devices, mud collector 24, cover 25, shims 26 and 27, nuts 28, special screws. EFFECT: reduced specific consumption of materials due to simplified design of the mill and reduced labor content of mill assembly-disassembly. 2 cl, 3 dwg
