FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: laid on slope of any structure or adjacent to its lower part horizontal area of any extension are heat shields in form of slot 0.5-0.6 m high consisting of sheets of fiber glass or plastic nontransparent for solar radiation and resting on frame of strips and thin posts. Heat shields are protected at their inlet from precipitation by means of sheds of fiber glass or plastic. This precludes heat affect of infiltration of precipitation and use of cooling effect of winter air circulation under almost entire area of shield. EFFECT: reduced labor input and precluded infiltration of precipitation in regions with permafrost grounds. 2 cl, 1 dwg
