FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of electroluminescent capacitor includes successive deposition of protective-reflecting layer of titanium dioxide and glass on first electrode in which capacity current conductive substrate is used, and of luminophor layer followed by deposition of second electrode. γ radiation with energy 0.34-2.51 MeV and dosage 107-109P P if carried out after deposition of second electrode. EFFECT: proposed process enhances brightness of glow of capacitor by 10-50%.
