SUBSTANCE: piezoelement 1 is made tubular and is embraced by bushing 11 which forms control valve pair together with pumping screw 10 via which internal part of piezoelement is connected to atmosphere. Tubular piezoelement houses fibre-capillary rod 2 through which internal volume of piezoelement is filled with ink coming from vessel 9 over pipe-line 8.
