FIELD: metal pressure forming. SUBSTANCE: shears include the frame, supporting the lower cutters for longitudinal and cross shearing respectively; crank shafts; the beam with an upper cutter for longitudinal cutting; the holder with the upper cutter and with the connecting rod for cross shearing, mounted on the driven crank shaft. The shear beam is mounted on the crank shaft, rotatably joined with the frame by the tie rod. The link, connected with the crank shaft by the tie rod, is mounted on the crank shaft. A shearing edge of the upper cutter for longitudinal shearing has constant curvature. Upon operation a sheet is being fed between the cutters for longitudinal shearing, a lengthwise edge of the sheet is being notched, then it is being sheared in longitudinal direction and after in a cross direction. EFFECT: lowered energy consumption and metal consumption of structure of the shears. 2 cl, 7 dwg
