FIELD: hydraulics. SUBSTANCE: slide valve with a spring-loaded rod is mounted inside the housing. A solenoid is secured to the housing. The solenoid has the core made of a magnetostrictive material and consisting of two interconnected parts coupled with the rod to define a pivot. The parts of the core are interconnected to define a blunt angle close to 180° between them and the angle of 90° to the solenoid axis. The free ends of the parts are secured in the pivot supports. The delivery and by-passing ports are made in the housing. The drain passageway is made in the slide valve resulting in connection of the spring space with the drain.
