FIELD: measuring engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises enhancing the discreteness of the output information of the compensation accelerometer provided with the analogue-digital converter by means of additional input comparators of the converter and simultaneous enhancing of protection against interference by means of RC-filter connected between the output of the analogue unit of the accelerometer and input of the converter. The pulse of the reference discharging current is fed to the input of the integrating capacitor of the converter when the voltage at it reaches the value equal to the ratio of the production of the reference current by reference time to the sum of the values of capacities of the input integrating capacitor of the analogue-digital converter and the capacitor of the RC-filter. The additional information output pulses are generated when the voltage at the input capacitor reaches a part of this voltage proportional to the ratio of the number of additional comparator to the total number of the comparators. The output frequency in the calibration regime is divided by the total number of comparators. The averaged period of this value is then measured during the calibration, and the value obtained is divided by the same number.
EFFECT: enhanced precision.
