SUBSTANCE: novelty is that newly introduced in device used, for instance, in miscellaneous communication systems for high-speed synchronization of noise-like signals in intensive noise environment are series-connected inverter, AND circuit, address counter, and read-only memory whose output is connected to third input of first address generator; first output of decision circuit is connected to inverter input and second output of fast correlation converter is connected to second input of AND circuit.

EFFECT: ability of searching ensemble of different-structure signals of pseudorandom sequences.
