SUBSTANCE: device for receiving signals of hydro-acoustic code communication contains pilot-signal channel, including input filter, amplifier-limiter, a set of narrowband filters, threshold circuits, memory elements, logical block, channel of code signals, including input filter, limiter-amplifier, a set of narrowband filters, threshold circuits, memory elements, coincidence circuits set, registration device. For achieving result, pilot-signal channel and code signals channel additionally include block with a set of controlled attenuators with common control, block with a set of automatically adjusted attenuators with separate control, block for selecting maximum, keys and adder. Outputs of a set of narrowband filters are connected in parallel to inputs of maximum selection block, inputs of keys and inputs of block with a set of adjustable attenuators with common control, outputs of this block are connected to inputs of block with a set of automatically adjusted attenuators with separate controls, outputs of which are connected to inputs of threshold circuits. Controlling input of block with a set of adjustable attenuators with common control is connected to output of adder, inputs of which are connected to outputs of keys. Control inputs of keys are connected to outputs of maximum selection block.

EFFECT: increased resistance of signal receipt to interference under conditions when fluctuating and concentrated interference is active.
