FIELD: metal processing.

SUBSTANCE: lubricant used for cold forming of nonferrous metals and their alloys under pressure is composed of, wt %: neutral sodium sulfonate 15-17, polymethacrylate 3-8, 40-50% concentrate of alkenylsuccinimide/diethylenetriamine reaction product in mineral oil 1-5, trichloropentyldiisopropyl dithiophosphate 1-5, 50% kerosene solution of tall oil fatty acids/imidazoline condensation product 1-5, sebacic acid dioctyl ester 25-35, and diesel fuel the rest.

EFFECT: improved processibility of cold formation process, improved quality of processed surface, and improved protective properties of lubricant.
