FIELD: gyroscopic engineering, possible use for measuring momentums resulting from non-equal hardness.
SUBSTANCE: method is based on determining total momentums, active relatively to horizontal axis of suspension. Gyroscope is mounted on a base, vibrating towards position vertical direction. Momentums, active relatively to axis of suspension axis, are determined at four positions of rotor axis, different from vibration direction for 45°, but not less than at two values of vibration overload which exceed one. For each overload total momentum value is determined. Target value is determined using the least squares method.
EFFECT: increased precision.
