SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises a function generator and a set of parallel channels, each having two receiving elements connected to inputs of a first and a second phase changer, an sum-difference unit, the inputs of which are connected to outputs of the phase changers, the control inputs of the first phase changers of all channels are connected to the output of the function generator, wherein each channel includes a threshold unit, a switch and series-connected phase detector, limiter, low-pass filter and direct current amplifier, wherein the inputs of the switch are connected to corresponding outputs of the sum-difference unit, the control input of the switch is connected to the output of the threshold unit, the input of which is connected to the output of the low-pass filter, the first input of the phase detector is connected to the output of the second phase changer, the second input of the phase detector is connected to one of the circuit components connected at the output of the first phase changer, the output of the direct current amplifier is connected to the control input of the second phase changer.

EFFECT: high efficiency of sea clutter rejection.
