SUBSTANCE: device comprises two radar signal receivers, series-connected code generator and pulse sequence generator, the first output of which is the output of the device, a group of AND elements, a time interval generator, series-connected threshold element, adder, divider and comparator circuit, the input and output of which are respectively connected to the first output and second input of the first radar signal receiver, and an AND element, the inputs of which are connected to the output of the second receiver and the first output of the time interval generator, and the output is connected to the first input of the code generator, the second input of which is connected to outputs of the group of AND elements, the first and second inputs of which are connected to the second output of the time interval generator and the first radar signal receiver, respectively, the third input of the first receiver is connected to the third output of the time interval generator, the input of which is connected to the output of the threshold element, the input of which is connected to the second output of the pulse sequence generator.
