SUBSTANCE: device contains a count pulse generator, an envelope detector and two keys. The key inputs are connected to a measurement signal generator output, which, in turn, is connected to the envelope detector and the counter. The device also contains an additional counter, a code switch, a memory unit, a subtraction unit and an accumulating summation unit.
