SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing 1,2,7,9-tetranitrophenothiazine-5,5-dioxide, comprising successive treatment of diphenylamine with oleum (module 1:10:15, 5 pts.vol at temperature of 110-120 °C) and concentrated nitric acid (module I pts.wt: 5 pts.vol, at temperature of 72-75 °C).
EFFECT: obtaining novel compounds.
