FIELD: garden implements. SUBSTANCE: toothed working tool is hinged to an axle of holder 10. The tool is slewed by spring-loaded lever 7. Also secured on the axle are hoes 11 with heel 12. The hoes are tapering. The working tool base is beam 1 hinged to the axle. Teeth 2 are secured on the inner side of beam 1. Sector 4 is attached to beam 1. The sector has spring 5 with plate 8 on its upper end. Guides on a lever are mounted between washer 6 and plate 8. Teeth 2 are tapering lengthwise and triangular in their cross-section.
