FIELD: refrigerating equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has a gas-tight chamber, gas-proof shelter for a stack of product located in the chamber with air holes, air cooler, fan, air inlet and exhaust air conduits with holes, gas medium station in front of the fan, slew gate between the station and fan, and a motor installed behind the air cooler. The gate, air cooler, and moistener are located outside the chamber. The inlet air conduit runs on the floor along the chamber walls, and its holes face the stack side surface, and the exhaust conduit is mounted above the inlet one. The shelter is provided with heat insulation which can be snug against the stack, and its lower base edge is fastened over the inlet conduit holes.
