FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has warmed construction, vegetable product laying chambers defined by construction outer walls, longitudinal corridor walls, perforated bottom and construction covering so that air holes are formed during laying of products. Air is treated in accordance with requirements in air preparing systems and supplied into air holes. Ventilation system for accumulating cold in ground massif has fan positioned within storage, tubular ground heat-exchangers positioned at both sides of construction in ground and communicated via main airducts with atmosphere. Parts of airducts disposed outside storage are laid in the same ground and connected via airducts with inner cavity of storage. Locking and adjusting valves are mounted on airducts. Ventilation system for heating gas-and-air medium has fan with airducts and underground channel. Electric heater in combination with fan is mounted on airduct. Apparatus provides required parameters of air medium in storages by using natural cold accumulated in ground during cold season of year.
