While exiting from container 15, arms 6 slide over following member 8 and are lifted together with filled measuring cup 10. As carousel is further rotated, arm 6 with filled cup 10 is displaced to metering zone. At this moment measuring cup 10 abuts against stop 16 and is upset for discharge product.
