FIELD: manufacture of sealing compositions, foundry products and chemically resistant coatings. SUBSTANCE: an isocyanate component has the structural formula: OCN-C4H6-COONHR′-CONH-R′-CONH-C(CH3)2 -(R)n-C(CH3)2-CONH-R′-COONH-C4H6-NCO wherein R-C4H6- or -C5H8;; R′-C2H4- is -C3H6- or n is 10-70 for the manufacture of sealing compositions, foundry products and chemically resistant coatings. The isocyanate component of said structure is prepared by treating diene oligomers having ed amidohydroxy groups with 2-4-fold molar excess of toluylene diisocyanate in weight or in an organic solvent at 40-80 C for 30-180 min.
