FIELD: building materials industry. SUBSTANCE: the polymeric composition comprises (wt % ): 31.5-45.0 a polymer selected from the group consisting of vinyl polymers based on vinyl chloride, its copolymers with vinyl acetate based on ethylene and propylene, their copolymers based on methyl methacrylate or their mixtures; 50.0-65.0 organic filler comprising cellulose-containing wood working, agricultural or textile production waste having 0.1-0.8 mm fractions; and 0.3-5.0 desired additives. The polymeric composition contains a filler of the following fractions (wt % ): 30-35 0.1-1.5 mm fraction; 40-45 1.6-3.0 mm fraction; 15-20 3.1-5.0 mm fraction; 5-10 5.1-8 mm fraction. Profile parts of structural members are manufactured from said polymeric composition in the form of a solid or hollow profile.
