SUBSTANCE: equipment comprises successively-installed along movement of material a layer-forming unit with feeder table and feeder cylinder, one receiving and at least one transfer serrated drum, take-off combing shaft and fiber-outlet channel with perforated fiber-receiving drum, knife trash-trapping sections disposed under receiving drum, and knife pair disposed in zone of interaction between transfer drum and take-off combing shaft, combing members installed under receiving drum and made in the form of stationary toothed plate, and those installed above transfer drum and made as toothed plates, and waste chamber. Toothed plates above transfer drum are divided by trash-trapping chamber and have a tooth density lower than that of corresponding toothed plates.
