FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: device has suction chamber disposed within casing above detachable drum and removable roll of combing machine and covers arranged in succession above toothed surface of detachable drum. Suction chamber is connected with combing machine pneumatic system through suction branch pipe. Covers are arranged longitudinally in spaced relation one with respect to the other and in overlapped relation so that clearances are defined between them for providing free exit of dusty air from detachable drum into suction chamber, with contact between filament clots getting into suction chamber and toothed surface of detachable drum being prevented.
